Terms of Service
Rules and conditions for purchasing, downloading, and using any Oreo Studios product or digital resource.
01 Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any resource, plugin, software, API, or digital product provided by Oreo Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase, download, or use any Oreo Studios product.
These Terms apply to all purchases, including purchases made through third-party marketplaces such as SpigotMC, BuiltByBit, Polymart, or directly through the Oreo Studios website.
02 Business Information
Oreo Studios is operated by a registered French sole proprietor.
03 Digital Products
All Oreo Studios products are digital goods delivered electronically.
Once a purchase has been completed and access to the product has been granted, the order is considered fulfilled.
No physical products are shipped.
04 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued once a product has been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue, you agree to contact Oreo Studios first so we can attempt to resolve the problem before any further action is taken.
05 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a payment was made in error or without your authorization, you must contact Oreo Studios immediately before opening a dispute or chargeback.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, Oreo Studios reserves the right to submit all available evidence to the payment processor, including but not limited to:
- Purchase records
- Download history
- License activation records
- Account information
- Support conversations
- Order confirmations
- Login activity
- IP addresses where legally collected
- Any additional evidence demonstrating that the product was successfully delivered
If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or abusive, Oreo Studios reserves the right to permanently revoke all licenses, terminate customer accounts, remove access to all purchased products, and refuse future purchases.
Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights you may have or prevents you from reporting a genuinely unauthorized transaction.
06 License
Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
Unless explicitly permitted in writing, you may not:
- Redistribute products
- Share downloads or licenses
- Resell products
- Leak files
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software except where permitted by applicable law
07 Support
Support is available exclusively to legitimate customers.
Support includes assistance with installation, configuration, bug reports, and issues directly related to the purchased product.
Support does not include custom development unless explicitly agreed in writing.
08 Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The payment information you provide is accurate.
- You have the legal authority to make the purchase.
09 Minors
If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.
10 Third-Party Marketplaces
Products distributed through third-party marketplaces (including SpigotMC, BuiltByBit, and Polymart) remain subject to these Terms of Service in addition to the marketplace's own applicable policies.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oreo Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use its products.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
12 Changes to These Terms
Oreo Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication.
Continued use of Oreo Studios products after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
